• No Immediate Withdrawal: The blank cheque will not be used or deposited unless there is a valid reason, such as unpaid damages or charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

3. Cheque Return

• Upon the safe return of the vehicle, in the same condition as rented, and after ensuring no outstanding dues, fines, or damages, the blank cheque will be returned to you. If requested, the cheque can be voided and destroyed in your presence for added peace of mind.

• Notification: In the unlikely event that the cheque is required to cover any costs, you will be notified in advance, and a detailed breakdown of the charges will be provided.
• Limited Liability: The cheque will only be used for the specific purposes mentioned in this policy, and no unauthorized amounts will be charged.

5. Alternative Security Options

• If you prefer, we offer alternative security deposit options, such as a refundable cash deposit or credit card authorization. Please discuss these options with our customer service team at the time of booking.

6. Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your banking details, including the blank cheque, will be handled with the utmost discretion and stored securely. We comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding any charges applied through the security cheque, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If necessary, independent mediation may be sought.
